Juice Recipes for Weight Loss


Starting the New Year Right.


Now is a wonderful time to make some plans for new beginnings. Losing weight may be on the top of your list for New Year Resolutions, and if it is here are some ways to make losing weight more enjoyable. I really enjoy the taste of a shake though I have not ordered one for a very long time. Here is one I make for myself and it tastes better than one I would order at a restaurant. And, you guessed it. It helps you to lose weight.


Add 2 scoops of Leanology into 8 ounces of icy cold water or fat free milk, mix, blend, or shake until smooth. Drink and enjoy. I find this shake delicious and will hold my appetite for 4 hours.
