JUICE RECIPES FOR WEIGHT LOSS
There never will be a better time to start a diet than right now. My Mother was famous for her way of dieting. It was always that she would start tomorrow. These days there are so many reasons known about excess weight and how harmful it is to our health that waiting until tomorrow could be too late.
Here is another recipe for starting today. This recipe is for a healthy low calorie Smoothie. Pour about 1/2 cup of unsweetened fruit juice into a bullet or blender. Add 1/2 banana cut into slices. Add 5 frozen strawberries. 1/2 of an apple cut in chunks and 2 large tablespoons of strawberry or vanilla low fat yogurt. If you like smoothies real cold, add 2 ice cubes. Blend until smooth and enjoy. I like this for a dessert. It is filling and very satisfying.
The easiest and most delicious diet drink is made by putting 2 scoops of leanology into a shaker filled with 8 ounces of ice cold water. You can use 8 ounces of skin milk if preferred. I like it with water best. Shake or blend until smooth. This is absolutely delicious and I find this satisfying for at least 4 hours. There is both vanilla and chocolate and both are delicious. This works well as a meal replacement and is very nutritious.
